 The first thing you wanna do when you get your Ellipal Titan is to get the micro sd card out and upload the firmware upgrade on the official Ellipal website. Turn off your Ellipal Titan and charge it with the micro sd card in the adapter. Turn it on and let the update finish. Once finished set up account (i think self explanatory).
